略论北京的“绿色文化产业”

2005年与2010年北京市统计局公布的两次经济普查结果显示,第三产业占全市地区生产总值的比重已经远远高于第一产业与第二产业的总和,成为信息经济时代当之无愧的主导产业,而其中,文化创意产业的异军突起则尤为值得关注。本文认为,北京建设世界绿色城市的发展战略必须牢牢依托于"绿色文化产业"的大力发展,即致力于"自然生态环境保护的文化创意产业"与"公平的、社会各阶层广泛参与的文化创意产业"。

Green Culture Industry in Beijing' s

According to the economic census of 2005 and 2010 published by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics,the proportion of the total local GDP of the tertiary industry exceeds the sum of primary and secondary industries.It has become the leading industry in the age of information economy,in which the meteoric rise of the cultural and creative industry is particular noteworthy.The paper points out that the developing strategy of Beijing’s world green city construction must firmly rely on the vigorous development of green cultural industry,which includes the cultural creative industry devoted to natural ecological environment protection and fair and broad participation of all sectors of society.
