| 摘 要： | 北京的文化建设要站在国家首都文化发展的战略高度,履行全国文化中心的职能,推动首都城市四位一体的全面协调发展。本文围绕文化建设的战略目标、战略支撑和战略措施对推进北京文化大发展大繁荣做出粗浅的理论思考并提出初步的建议。
