高等职业教育的内涵在于实践

高等职业教育是既不同于普通学术型高等教育,又不同于中等职业教育的新型教育领域,具有区别于其他教育领域的特殊性。本文在人才培养目标、培养方式、课程体系、教学方法和师资队伍等方面比较分析了高职教育的特殊性,指出了高职教育的各个环节都突出了实践性。高职教育的实践性,是高等职业教育工作者应明确的基本教育思想观念,它规定着高等职业教育的系列设计和教育实践。

The higher vocational education rests with practice

The higher vocational education is different from ordinary form of academic education,and it is different from secondary vocational education,it is a new education sector with specialization of different educational field.There are several topics in regards of,for example,goal and objectives of higher vocational education,course structure and curriculum,teaching methods,teacher team building and so forth.This article compares and analysis the factor that higher vocational education is a special form of education and it also stands out every segments of that have to be more practical.The higher vocational school educators should all be aware of the fundamental factor of practical teaching,which is the only correct method of educating students in that filed,and that will formulate series design of higher vocational education and teaching practice.
