| 摘 要： | 将Multi-Agent模型借用到国民动态联盟的动员过程中，研究了基于信息网络、人工智能等技术的Multi-Agent国民经济动员动态联盟体系，实现一组分散的、松散耦合的智能结构。从而在面对突发危机时，政府职能部门、联盟各成员企事业单位之间基于Multi-Agent模型建立协同框架进行有效沟通和协作，实现对危机快速的反应和精准的应对。

| Abstract: | This article will use the national model of dynamic multi-agent union mobilization process,which is based on information networks,artificial intelligence technologies such as multi-agent system for economic mobilization dynamic alliance to achieve a decentralized,loosely coupled smart structure.In the case of sudden crisis,government departments,enterprises and institutions of the union members establish collaborative framework for effective communication and collaboration based on multi-agent model.Therefore rapid and accurate responses to crisis are achieved. |
