| 摘 要： | 前苏联政治体制延存 70余年 ,对社会主义各国及整个国际政局都产生了深刻的影响。总结其形成发展的原因具有重要的现实意义。历史传统体制、现实阶级基础、社会文化状态、民主革命的短暂、白色恐怖造就的集中制及内忧外患的处境是其形成的社会历史基础。前苏联国家领导人有关国家、政党、阶级等理论阐述的倾向性又将其推上了新的顶峰

| Abstract: | The political system of former Soviet Union lasted for over 70 years,and exercised great influences on socialist countries and international situation as a whole.Summing up its formation and development is of realistic significance.The centralism caused by historical tradition,social and cultural mode,the brief stage of democratic revolution and the White Terror,along with the difficult internal and external situation was the social and historical base.The theoretical remarks of state leaders of former Soviet Union pushed it to its highest peak. |
