异质比较是借助常见比较句型对事物两种不同属性进行对比的一类非常态比较,它涉及形容词、名词等语类 探讨这一语言现象应根据不同类别的形容词,主要从句型入手,从语义及句子内部逻辑特征着眼,归纳比较范畴这一次范畴的各种句式表现,可以看出同质比较与异质比较两者在句子结构、词义特征、逻辑关系等方面存在的异同。

Different-dimension Comparison:A Sub-categorical Comparison

Structurally not much different from comparison of the same dimension, comparison involving two dimensions is a phenomenon much confusing to ESL learners. Though involved in this type of comparison are such functional categories as the adjective and the noun, this paper focuses on the former. It explores the syntactic representations reflected in this subcategory of comparison in terms of syntactic patterns, lexical meanings and the intrinsic logical features, with the view of bringing out the similarities and dissimilarities between comparison of one dimension and that of two dimensions in such aspects as syntactic structures, lexical semantic features and logical relations.
