不同年龄段失地农民的心理适应模式比较研究

运用人生故事研究法,基于深度质性访谈材料,从生命历程的视角研究苏州农村城市化进程中失地农民的心理适应状况。通过宏观社会变迁和微观个人特征的结合,探讨失地农民这一特殊群体的生存状态,以及在身份角色转变过程中的心理适应和自身变化。研究发现,对于苏州工业园区三个镇的失地农民而言,青年组的受访者对土地的人生感受不多,失地的经历让他们进一步思考自己和父母的未来,也更多地考虑了社会的变迁;对于中年组的受访者,失地时间大多是在他们刚刚成家不久,相对压力很大,经济、就业、家人等因素影响了他们的心理适应;老年组的受访者对土地的感情久久不能忘怀。

A Comparative Study of Mental Adaptation Model of Landless Peasants of Different Age Groups

Employing the research methods of life stories,this paper studies the mental adaptation of Suzhou landless peasants in the process of urbanization on the basis of in-depth interviews from the perspective of life journeys.Through the combination of macro social changes and micro personal characteristics,the paper discusses the living conditions,mental adaptation and changes of landless peasants in the process of changing roles.Results indicate that for the landless peasants of the three towns in Suzhou Industrial Park,the respondents of the youth group are not so deeply influenced as the mid-aged group by the loss of land.The former think more about the future of their parents and themselves and social changes,while the latter feel more pressure because most of them had not been married long before they lost land.Economy,employment,family and other factors have affected their mental adaptation.Respondents of the third group,namely the aged group,have the deepest feelings about the loss of their land.
