| 摘 要： | 低碳旅游是在低碳经济大背景下一种新的旅游模式,是指在游客旅游过程中推行以降低碳排放量为目的的旅游。低碳旅游是一种节能旅游,也是一种教育旅游。建立河东低碳旅游规划必须在旅游理念、旅游设施、旅游吸引物、旅游环境体验、旅游消费等途径或方式上入手。
