中国养老保险现状与对策研究

中国养老保险体系在经历了不断地改革和变迁之后,形成了社会统筹与个人帐户相结合的部分积累制筹资模式。然而,在体制转变的过程中基金来源单一、个人帐户"空帐"运行、管理效率低下、覆盖范围狭窄等成为当前养老体系改革的后遗症。养老保险制度能否可持续运行发展,事关整个国民经济的稳定与发展,所以解决以上问题的对策研究也就显得尤为重要。

Present Condition and Countermeasures for China's Aged Insurance

After constant reform and changes,the Part-funded system which is the combination of the social security and the MIR replaced the Pay-As-You-Go system.However,there are lots of problems for China's Aged Insurance such as the solely fund source,the "empty credit" of the private accounts,the narrow scope and the low efficient management etc.So to resolve the problems has become very important.
