| 摘 要： | 通过对企业安全程度水平变化的边际效益和边际成本进行比较,寻找企业安全投资最优的安全投入。提出合理地有效的安全投资是提高企业安全生产水平和创造经济效益的重要手段。在此基础上分析了企业对安全投资的认识水平、企业员工的安全意识及安全行为的规范和政府规制等具体因素对企业安全投资效益的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on marginal utility theory,the paper analyzes enterprises safety investment process.Through comparing marginal benefit with marginal investment of change degree of safety level,the optimal investment point is found out.It is believes that the reasonable workplace safety investment can promote safety level,and is also the important method of generation benefits.The paper also analyzes the impacts of enterprises moral and social accountabilities,employee＇s safety consciousness and government safety laws and regulations. |
