| 摘 要： | 从缓解未成年人犯罪率上升的压力、提高诉讼效率，节约诉讼成本、减少“二次污染”、强化刑事诉讼监督、建立良好的检警协作关系及维护未成年被告人的合法权益6个方面阐述了建立未成年人刑事案件提速审查制度的意义。确立了建立未成年人刑事案件提速审查制度的指导思想。

| Abstract: | The paper elaborates on the significance of establishing the system of accelerating censor for juvenile criminal eases from the following aspects ： 1 ） alleviate the pressure of the increasing rate of juvenile crimes ; 2） improve the efficiency of lawsuits ; 3 ） economize on the cost of lawsuits; 4） reduce the ＂ second pollution＂; 5）strength.en the supervision over criminal lawsuits; 5 ） establish a better cooperative relationship between the procurator and the police;6） protect the legal rights of juvenile defendants. The paper analyzes the principles of establishing this system. |
