Under foreign aids India has registered significant development and achievement in space sector.In Post-cold war era,the US and India came to establish strategic partnership in which space cooperation between the two countries becomes one of the pillars.India expects to raise its international status to become a great power in the world.It also expects to catch up with and surpass Chinese space developments,and increase military power by cooperation.The space cooperation between the US and India promotes development of India’s strategic missiles.It is giving rise to Asian space race,intensifying the situation in South Asia,creating security dilemma in East Asia,deteriorating the space security,and increasing the risks of nuclear wars.
