| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活水平的提高,体育活动逐渐成为人们生活的重要组成部分,高层次的体育娱乐消费已成为人们追求的时尚,这种趋势预示着高校体育选项课有偿教学具有极大的潜力。高校体育教学作为学校体育的最后阶段,应该以学生的学习兴趣为主要出发点,以培养学生终身体育锻炼习惯为目标,最大限度地满足广大学生体育运动的要求。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of life,PE activities have become the important part of people's life.It is the fashion for people to spend on sports entertainment,which shows that the paid teaching of optional class in PE of higher school has great potentialities.As the last stage of PE in school,PE teaching should proceed to the interest of students,aim at developing the habit of life-long sports,and meet students'needs of sports. |
