江西集体林区劳动力流动中的教育投资回报研究

本文利用2008年对江西省农户的调查数据，使用Mincer提出的人力资本模型对样本地区的农村劳动力教育回报率进行研究，分析了影响农民非农就业的因素和影响其非农收入水平的因素。研究结果表明受教育程度对非农就业有正的显著影响，教育投入的年回报率为6％左右。

Research on Return of Education Investment of Labor Migration in Collective Forest Areas of Jiangxi Province

Based on data from Jiangxi Province in 2008, this paper analyzes the returns of education in rural area and the affecting factors of the off-farm job participation. The empirical result shows that educational attainments of rural residents have positive, statistically significant effects on off-farm employment. The average return of a year of education was about 6 percent.
