| 摘 要： | 长沙东牌楼东汉简牍中一件命名为"光和六年(183年)监临湘李永、例督盗贼殷何上言李建与精张诤田自相和从书"的法律文书,其中的"例督盗贼"实为"督盗贼",此件文书实际上是监临湘即中部督邮李永上呈督盗贼殷何实核大男李建与精张自相和从的案卷,从中可进一步了解汉代督盗贼参与调查解决民事纠纷和汉代督邮传递文书的职责。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates a piece of law document named Li Yong's Report to Yin He about the Amicable Settlement of Land Dispute between Li Jian and Jing Zhang in the 6th Year of Guanghe,unearthed in Dongpailou,Changsha.Actually,this document is the file presented to Yin He by Li Yong.Analyzing it can help us have a better understanding of Dudaozei's(Supervisor of Combating thefts) participation of investigating civil disputes and postman's duty of delivering documents in the Han Dynasty. |
