论权威--兼论权威与权力的关系

本文在对国内外权威理论进行总结分析的基础上,认为马克思主义权威理论的基础在于服从,包括强制性服从和自愿性服从两种类型,权威与权力最重要的区别在于,服从的效果不同,权威是一种无抵抗或克服了抵抗的服从,而权力是一种包含着抵抗的服从,因此,我们必须把权力上升到权威.只有这样,才能有利于我国社会主义社会的发展和人民群众物质文化生活水平的提高.

On the Political Authority and the Political Power

On the basis of the summarized analysis of the various kinds of views and the citizen's obedience,whether compulsory or reluctant,and the vital difference between the political authority and the political power lies in fact that former rests on the obedience and compliance without resistance or with self-controlled resisance,while the latter involves hostile compliance.Therefore,the Chinese governmental administrators should resort more tho the authority than the power.Only in this way can the social development of China and her people's living standard,either materialistic or mental,be improved quickly.
