| 摘 要： | 在国际生产中心发生转移的进程中,东亚所包括的东盟10国和中、日、韩3国逐渐成为世界制造业的中心,而该地区的贸易计价与结算始终不能摆脱美元体制,造成国际货币体系错配,形成周期性金融动荡.解决错配就要建立东亚区域金融合作机制,如区域内的汇率协调、建设区域内债券市场、建立合作基金等是该区域避免国际金融危机冲击的最佳选择.
