诠释影响大学生体质与健康的内外因素

运用文献资料、综合、类比分析等研究方法,从内因和外因诠释影响我国大学生体质与健康的各种因素.并根据相关文献资料和统计数据分析,各地区的相关研究与全国统一对大学生体质与健康的检测情况基本相符,即具有普遍性.但从社会学、人类学等角度的研究和讨论相对较少.课题试图在分析讨论的基础上,提出在完善和健全管理制度和监督体制的同时,以达到更有效的监督大学生体质状况和增强体质与健康的目的.

On Affecting Factors of the University Students 'Physique and Health

The affecting factors of the university students＇ physique and health are analyzed by using different methods such as literature,synthesize,analogy,etc..According to the relevant literature and statistics,the results of the local researches conforms to those of national research,which is universal.But the research was seldom made from the perspectives of sociology,anthropology,etc..Based on the analyses and discussion,the paper is to present the opinion that when administration institution and supervision system are improved and bettered,the state of university students＇ physique and health can be supervised more effectively.
