Opportunity Qualit of a Nationality's Main Body and Behaviour Effects

Standing at the height of dialects and historical materialism,this article expounds the values of the opportunity for development,pointing out that the keys to using opportunity lie in the qualities of the mainbody and its behaviour effects,and demonstrates the three factors composing the opportunity qualities of a national main body.It is argued that the national regions are confronted with a rare opportunity for their development,and the national main bodies should grasp and bring into full play their own opportunity qualities.
