| 摘 要： | 城市建设是城市社会经济发展的基础,它既关系城市的物质文明建设,又涉及精神文明建设.我市的城市建设进入了前所未有的发展阶段,但城市建设的非产业化运作制约了我市的建设发展.进行城市建设投融资体制改革,实现城市建设的产业化是推动城市建设可持续发展的根本途径.
