| Abstract: | With the continuous rise of higher educational expenses, the output of higher educa- tion keeps at a continuous low level, and the foaming behavior of higher education investment becomes obvious day by day. This article analyzes the foaming behavior of higher education in- vestment, in order to make social public have a correct understanding on the high risks of high- er education investment, and select and invest rationally. |
