| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the students source in private colleges and aiming at the cultivation of applied talent cultivation,this paper puts forward that the quality of applied talent cultivation in private colleges should be ensured by reinforcing the organization and management of practical teaching and strengthening the capital construction of practical teaching. |
