| 摘 要： | 节约资源、保护环境是我国的基本国策,关系经济社会可持续发展,关系广大人民群众切身利益。主校是我国节约能源法所规定的重点用能单位,高校在运营管理中,应遵行科学发展观,充分体现节能、节地、节水、节材、保护环境的管理理念,建设节约型校园。

| Abstract: | Resource saving and environmental protection is a basic national poncy of China, It relates to the sustainable development of economy and society, and influences the vital interests of the masses. Colleges and universities are the key units of using energy, therefore, we should fully implement the management ideas of energy conservation, land saving, water saving, ma- terial saving and environmental protection, so as to construct a saving campus. |
