从理想城市到健康城市的角色认知

城市角色是指城市在城市网络中所处的地位。城市人对城市发展具有角色期待的心理,合理的角色期待要符合城市的客观条件,要得到主导城市发展的城市人群的认可,特别是决策者的认可。城市间存在着角色的冲突与竞争,要减少不利的城市角色冲突,就要建立良性竞争机制,加强城市间协作,实现角色互补,达到共同发展的目的。合理认知城市角色,在规划目标的制定上要实现从理想城市到健康城市的转变。所谓健康城市,就是以满足城市人的快乐原则为出发点,将城市的自由度、舒适度、宜居性作为规划的目标,既要实现城市客观存在的有序协调发展,也要满足城市人的心理需求。

City role is the status that the city locates in the city network.The city people have the psychology of role anticipation to city development.The reasonable role anticipation must conform to the city objective condition,must obtain the approval which is from the city crowd who lead the city development,especially policy-maker's approval.The role conflict and the role competition exist among city.If we want to reduce the disadvantageous city role conflict,we must establish benign competitive system,strengthen the cooperation among city,realize the role supplementary,and achieve the goal of communal development.Through reasonable cognition for the city role,we can realize the transformation that is from the ideal city to the healthy city on the plan goal formulation.The healthy city as so-called,is that kind of city which takes the city person's pleasure principle as a starting point,and makes the city's freedom,comfort and livability as the planning goal,not only realizing the orderly coordinated development of the city objective existence,but also meeting the city person's psychological need.
