摘    要:基于郑州市一家民营企业的员工满意度调查,研究和探讨了民营企业员工满意度的影响因素,根据国内一些相关的理论研究成果提出了影响民营企业员工满意度的个人因素、工作因素和其他因素,并结合调查结果进行了对比分析。

Abstract:The paper first studies and discusses the factors affecting the satisfaction of the personnel in enterprises run by private management based on a survey of employees' satisfaction in an enterprise run by private management in Zhengzhou.Then it puts forward some personal factors,working factors and other factors that influence the satisfaction of the personnel in three enterprises according to some relevant theoretical achievements in domestic scientific research.Lastly it makes a comparative analysis of the findings.
