| Abstract: | The paper first studies and discusses the factors affecting the satisfaction of the personnel in enterprises run by private management based on a survey of employees' satisfaction in an enterprise run by private management in Zhengzhou.Then it puts forward some personal factors,working factors and other factors that influence the satisfaction of the personnel in three enterprises according to some relevant theoretical achievements in domestic scientific research.Lastly it makes a comparative analysis of the findings. |
