| 摘 要： | 在刑事诉讼中，完整的口供规则体系与口供的范围、口供的真实性、相关性等理论密切相关，而建立在这些基本理论之上的口供规则应当围绕取证规则、质证规则、排除规则和补强规则这四个方面构建。这四个方面的规则应当是密不可分、相辅相成的。只有构建一个完整的口供规则体系，才能保证单个规则的作用发挥到极至。

| Abstract: | An integrated system of confession rules is based on the theories of the scope factuality and relevance of evidence. The system should be constructed on the rules of evidence collection, examination, exlusion and corroboration. These four rules are closely related and also supplement each other. Only if a complete system of confession rules is established can one single rule function best. |
