| 摘 要： | 研究生党建工作具有党员比例高、支部数量多、学习和科研地点分散、流动性强等特点，因而传统的党建工作手段难以较好地服务于研究生党建工作。通过研究生党建工作网络平台的建设，可以创新工作载体，延伸工作手臂，优化工作环境；通过研究生党建工作网络平台的应用，可以促进网络组织形态的形成与发展，为加强党务活动的制度建设提供技术保障，为推进党内民主建设拓宽渠道，进而增强研究生党建工作的针对性和时效性，促进其科学发展。
