| 摘 要： | 电子商务是以互联网为运行平台的商事交易活动。受其所依托的互联网的影响,电子商务具有全球性、无界性等诸多特征。由于电子商务的这些特性,国际私法传统的管辖权规则在实践中面临前所未有的挑战。应对这一挑战的策略是重构管辖权根据。

| Abstract: | E-Commerce is a trade activity of commercial affairs taking Internet as operation platform.Affected by Internet,E-Commerce shows a great deal of characteristics such as being global,having no boundary and so on. Due to these characteristics of E-Commerce,the traditional jurisdiction rule with private international law faces the unprecedented challenge in practice.The strategy to these challenges is to reconstruct jurisdictional bases. |
