| 摘 要： | 不仅自然界有公理,人类社会也是有公理存在的,但长期以来由于种种原因,政治学的公理却一直被我们所忽视,——什么是政治学的公理?这其中最重要的又是什么?为此,本文想重点围绕:人类有着共同的基本政治价值;要实现这些根本政治价值必须有一套合适的政治制度;民主是到目前为止最好的政治制度;判断政治民主有一套客观的标准等最重要的四个方面,谈谈自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Axioms exist not only in nature, but also in human society. Due to kinds of reasons, the axioms in politics have been neglected. What are they? Among them, which is the most important? This paper expounds from four aspects: human being has common basic political value; there ought to be an appropriate political system to realize the basic value; so far, democracy is the best political system; the judgment of political democracy has an objective standard. |
