| 摘 要： | 本文试图把法学教育模式纳入到和谐的大背景中,从中国传统的和谐观入手,以和谐的四个层次来研究法学教育模式.即人与自然、社会的和谐必须实现分层级培养以及该模式的区域发展;人与人的和谐包括法律人才之间的和谐,法律人才与非法律人才的和谐,以及法律人才与普通民众的和谐;人自身的和谐则主要指通过法学教育节奏与法律人才发展节律的相符合来实现.另外,本文还引入了黄金分割点和三角形的稳定性来架构这一模式.最后,点明本文的研究价值在于培养出与和谐社会相适应的法律人才并以和谐的思维、和谐的行动来构建以公平、正义为发展目标的和谐社会.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the mode of legal education in the background of harmony.It analyzes the harmony in the mode of legal education from the relationship between human and nature,human and society,human and human,and human himself.The harmony between human and nature includes legal personnel cultivating by levels,and the education diversity in different areas,and the harmony between man and man includes the relation between legal personnel and others,and the relation between legal personnel.In the harmony between human himself,it points out that the education rhythm must be coherent with the developing of legal personnel.In addition,this paper adopts the golden section and steadying of triangle to structure the mode.Finally it points out that its study value is to cultivate harmonious legal personnel to structure harmonious society in harmonious action. |
