| Abstract: | Reform is a general concept that is of universality.However,because of historical and cultural differences between the Eastern and Western countries,the transition of times and contexts,there exist great differences in the understanding of reform.Meanwhile,the reform discourse itself has undergone a transition from tradition to modernity as well. |
