| 摘 要： | 新加坡南洋理工学院在长期办学实践中逐渐在组织文化、创新理念、能力开发和校企合作等四个方面形成了自己的办学优势。文章结合其办学优势分别从专业设置、教学质量管理体系建立、实践教学改革以及校园文化建设等方面提出对我校高职教育发展的可资借鉴之处。

| Abstract: | In years' pratice of management,Nanyang Polytechnic has gradually fostered her own strengths in the following four aspects: institution culture,idea creativity,capacity development and school-enterprise partnership.This paper,combines Nanyang Polytechnic's strengths,attempts to find out the experiences in perspectives such as program setting,establishment of teaching quality management system,reform of practical teaching,campus culture building and so on. |
