| 摘 要： | 处于跨国公司价值链的节点位置的海外地区总部的地址选择,是跨国公司价值链管理和全球化战略的重要组成部分。以世界5 0 0强企业在我国设立的地区总部为检验对象,分析跨国公司地区总部分布特征及其影响因素,研究表明:在分布特征上,跨国公司地区总部在我国呈现出了高度集聚的特点;在影响因素上,城市大小与人口规模、第三产业占GDP比重、信息传递水平类指标对跨国公司地区总部选址的影响最为显著。
