| 摘 要： | 西部经济增长与其自身的技术吸收能力有着密切的关系,西部技术吸收能力的释放将成为区域经济增长的催化剂。分析西部地区影响技术吸收能力的相关因素表明,增加技术吸收经费绝对量、调整其在技术活动经费中的比例以及提高西部地区整体的人力资本素质将会促使其技术吸收能力的提升,从而加快西部地区的经济增长速度。

| Abstract: | The economic growth of the western region has close connection with its technology absorption capacity,and will be promoted by the release of technology absorption capacity.Through analyzing the influencing factors of technology absorption capacity,it can be indicated that enhancing technology absorption expenditure,adjustits proportion in technology activity outlay,and improving the quality of westernpopulation will upgrade the technology absorption capacity of western region,then,expedite its economic growth. |
