图书馆的个人社会化功能

图书馆作为社会教育部门，具有着个人社会化功能。图书馆所载知识的自主选择性、说理性和全面性等特点，使其教育功能的发挥过程恰好符合个人社会化的机制规律。对个人社会化的主要内容，如教导生活技能、传递社会文化、完善自我观念、培养社会角色等，图书馆均能起到独具优势的作用。因此，我们应该通过强化图书馆人的社会化意识、科学选配图书资料、营造育人环境、提高服务质量等措施，加强图书馆的个人社会化功能

The Individual Social Function of the Library

The library belongs to social educational departmen t.It has individual social function.It has many characters, which just accord wi th the law of individual social function during the process to play the educatio nal function. The library plays the special funtion on teaching the skills for l i fe,exchanging social culture, perfecting the self,training social role and so on . For this reason,we should strengthen the individual social function by strengt h ening the social idea for the staffs of the library, choosing and providing book s, making a good environment for teaching,while improving the servce quality.
