| Abstract: | The cost of new talents cultivation is a problem on which the administrators in colleges and universities must focus. Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the cost of new talents cultivation, precise information on this kind of cost can be obtained, which can provide certain theoretical and practical basis for the determination of funds and finance allocated by the government and for the implementation of study-support loan. |
