| 摘 要： | 公司法人人格独立促进了市场经济的发展,但随着社会的发展,该制度日益遭到滥用.公司法人人格否认及与其紧密相关的公司的社会责任理论应运而生,它力图通过对传统公司制度的修复以及对传统思想的纠正以赋予公司制度新的内涵.我国在正式引进该项制度之前,应该综合运用现有的制度资源.

| Abstract: | The personality independence of fictitious persons promotes the development of market economy. However, the theory is abused gradually with the development of society. There appear the theories of corporation personality and its relevant theories of corporations' social responsibility.The theories are trying to endow corporations with new concepts by amending traditional corporation system and correcting traditional thoughts. We should make full use of the present system resources before our country officially introduces this system. |
