| 摘 要： | 区域和谐是和谐社会的一个重要内容,促进区域和谐也是落实科学发展观的具体要求。本文主要讨论区域和谐与重要战略思想的关系,分析区域和谐的战略意义,重点研究实现区域和谐必须要解决的区域问题和制度基础建设问题。作者认为,促进区域和谐是中国现代化的必然要求,在完善区域管理制度基础的前提下逐步解决不同类型区域问题,是实现区域和谐的途径。

| Abstract: | Regional harmony is one of the important parts in constructing harmonious society,and promoting regional harmony is the specific request for carrying out the concept of scientific development.The paper discusses the relationship between regional harmony and important strategic ideas,analyzes the strategic significance of regional harmony,and mainly studies regional problems and the construction of regional systematic foundation in realizing regional harmony.The author argues that promoting regional harmony is necessary for China's modernization,and the way to realize regional harmony is to gradually solve different types of regional problems,with improving the systematic foundation of regional management as the prerequisite. |
