| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制由计划经济为主转向以公有制为主体的多种经济成份并存的变化 ,随着企业改革的不断深入 ,现代企业制度给企业档案工作带来了许多新问题、新变化。本文着重从所有制形式的变化中谈对企业档案工作的影响 ,以及在此过程中企业档案的归属问题
