东北亚区域经济一体化的最佳路径选择

关于对东北亚区域经济一体化问题的研究,早在20世纪60年代就已经开始了,至今越来越活跃。东北亚区域经济一体化有其内在的动因和外在的依据。本文以此为切入点,重点研究东北亚区域经济一体化的最佳路径选择。从目前的发展态势来看,实现东北亚区域经济一体化的最佳路径必须分四步走,即第一步:中国———东盟自由贸易区,日本———东盟自由贸易区,韩国———东盟自由贸易区;第二步:中日韩自由贸易区;第三步:中日韩+俄罗斯自由贸易区;第四步:东北亚自由贸易区;而其中的必经路径是建立中日韩自由贸易区,这是实现东亚区域经济一体化的最关键的一步。

On the Best Choice of the Regional Economic Integration in the Northeast Asia

The research on the regional economic integration in the Northeast Asia originated from 1960's and is becoming more and more participated.The regional economic integration has its inter-motivation and outer-dependence.From this point of view,the paper focuses on researching the best path choice of the regional economic integration in the Northeast Asia.With the present developing tendency,the best path of the regional economics integration in the Northeast Asia could be sequentially divided into four steps: a.Free Trade Area of China and the Association of South-East Asian nations,Free Trade Area of China and Japan,Free Trade Area of South Korea and the Association of South-East Asian nations;b.Free Trade Area of China,Japan and South Korea;c.Free Trade Area of China,Japan,South Korea and Russia;d.Free Trade Area of Northeast Asia.Among these steps,the necessary path is to set up the free trade area of China,Japan and Korea,which is the key step to realize the regional economic integration in the Northeast Asia.
