Discussion on the Financial Control of Enterprise Group

State-own enterprises have achieved great improvements after building up modern mechanism, but there are still couple of problems to be solved.This article focuses on financial control troubles during the development of group companies, and brings up measures for central financial control by using successful experience of cross-national companies as a source of reference.
