| 摘 要： | 以人的现代化和城市居民化为目标,通过对农民工的观察、访谈,我们认为,影响农民工适应城市社会生活的主要影响因素包括:发展性消费的合理投入、自我的再学习、城市中人际关系的建立、城市社会生活的同化和外部支持系统的作用等五个方面。

| Abstract: | Through the observation and interviews with migrant workers,we find that there are 5 main factors which prevent the migrant workers adapting the urban life.They are the development of consumption,the self-relearning,the establishment of relationship,the assimilation of city life,and the role of external supporting systems. |
