| 摘 要： | 农民工培训及其创新,对于“和谐中国”构建完善的社会结构,对于城乡协调进步、新农村建设和县域经济发展,对于自身持续成长都具有重要意义。要通过构建培训券与“学分银行”对接的长效机制,为农民工培训在经费投入机制上与弹性学习机制上“保驾护航”。

| Abstract: | The farmer training and its innovation are important for setting up a perfect social structure,coordinating development of both urban and rural areas,constructing new village,developing the county area economy,and for keeping the development of the training itself.Setting up the long-term effective mechanism of the training coupon and "the credit bank",can escort the financial and flexible mechanism of farmer training. |
