重评班昭《女诫》的女性伦理观

班昭是东汉时期著名的女性史学家和教育家。她所写的《女诫》一书,历来被视为中国历史上第一部女性劝诫要籍。尽管其中不无糟粕,但深入考察她的男女有别、夫尊妻卑的伦理观、谦恭柔顺的女性观和委曲求全的家庭观,实际还有着明显的历史进步作用和维护家庭稳定的功能。特别是某些一以贯之的中华妇女道德传统,至今仍有其强大的感召力。

Re-evaluating the Female Ethic View in BAN Zhao's Lessons of Women

BAN Zhao was the distinguished woman historian and educator in the Eastern Han Dynasty.Her book,Lessons of Women,has been regarded as the first important work to admonish women in China's history.Though undoubtedly there is dross in it,it obviously plays an important role in pushing forward the history and maintaining the stability of family after we have a full investigation into its ethic view,female view of being modest,polite,and obedient,and family view of stooping to compromise.While her ethic view argues that there is difference between man and woman,and that the husband has a higher status than his wife.Particularly,some virtue traditions running through the women's practice in China Nationality still have a strong influence.
