| 摘 要： | 大学素质教育是高等教育适应社会需要进行整体改革的必然归宿，本文试图在社会需要的大背景下探讨实施大学素质教育的必要性，通过对大学素质教育概念和特征的界定，以及对实施大学素质教育容易产生混淆的几个关系的阐述，为大学素质教育的实践作一些理论性的探索。

| Abstract: | Quality education for college students is the evitable end-result of the overall reform of higher education to meet social needs. Thus, this paper attempts to warrant the necessity of implementing quality education from the background of social needs. In addition, it defines the concept & features and discusses several problems arising from the implementaion of quality education. Hence, some theoretical explorations are made. |
