| 摘 要： | 企业经营战略管理应当在核心竞争力理论指导下进行 ,并且企业在参与市场竞争中应通过不断的组织学习具备对不同战略加以融和与集成的能力。基于核心竞争力将虚拟经营战略与多元化经营战略加以集成形成的多元虚拟经营战略 ,对于企业的发展是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | An enterprise's strategic administration should be managed under the guideline of core competitive power theory, and an enterprise must be cultivated the strategic power to integrate in the market competition through frequently organized study. It is very important for an enterprise to integrate its virtual managerial strategy and multi elemental strategies to form a multi component virtual managerial strategy in its development based on its core competitive power. |
