| 摘 要： | 创建学习型城市,提升城市综合竞争力,是众多城市尝试的途径。在综合分析的基础上,给出学习 型城市的概念及其结构模型,并指出学习型城市是一个综合学习系统、是一个终身学习和教育的网络。
