| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机是引起我国社会经济法律关系变化的重要法律事件,这种重要的法律事件使我国的行政经济法律关系和法学,尤其是金融法律关系和法学产生了很大的变化,在法学理念上增强三种观念和意识(强化风险观念、树立信用观念、增强储蓄存款保险意识),在金融法律体系上需要进行修订、补充和完善.
