以人为本的学习型组织

摘    要:本文主要阐述了学习型组织中蕴涵的人本思想。人是企业的主人和灵魂,而学习力是组织向上的张力,这种张力是创造的本源。以人为本的学习型组织"以自我超越人"为人性的假设,复归了完整的人性,为员工的自我实现创造了积极的条件,使员工在自我管理的基础上,保持企业的可持续发展。学习型组织这种顺应人性的管理,才是最好的管理。

Abstract:This paper mainly elaborated learning organization which contained the person thoughts originally, the person is the host of business enterprise and soul, and the organizational learning capacity is an upward tension inside individual, this kind of tension is the origin of creation.Learning organization of making people the center take"surmount a person by one's own" as humanistic of suppose,return to complete of human nature, created an aggressive condition for the employee's ego realization,make the foundation that the employee manages in the ego up, keeping the business enterprise can keep on a development.Learning organizational is a kind of conformance humanistic management,so it is the best management.
