| Abstract: | This paper systematically discusses the importance of CPC leadership in strengthening the construction of new socialist countryside culture.In addition,it also discusses the full improvement of quality of village staff and farmers in three aspects including the science culture,thought culture and political culture so as to completely speed the construction of a new civilized and harmonious socialist new countryside. |
